Development & Revenue Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
The Development and Revenue Associate (DRA) plays an integral role in supporting the Administrative offices and the Revenue Team of El Rancho de Las Golondrinas. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the DRA will be responsible for providing
support for Development, Membership, Marketing, Events and be the first contact with the general public to the administrative office.
Executive & Program Associate (EPA)

Schedule: Full-time, year-round, 100% onsite
POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive & Program Associate (EPA) plays an integral role in supporting the Museum Director, Board of Directors and the Program Team of El Rancho de Las Golondrinas. Reporting to the Museum Director, the EPA will be responsible for providing support for the Museum Director and the Programs Team. This position will also serve as liaison to Las Golondrinas’ Board of Directors.
Tour Guide

POSITION SUMMARY
Las Golondrinas Tour Guides lead groups of guests on educational tours through historic landscape, historic buildings, and points of interest on the Las Golondrinas property. Tour Guides also provide interpretive historical context and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The ideal candidate will have a love for storytelling and a knack for providing exceptional customer service.
Museum Store Assistant

Reports To: Manager of Guest Services
Schedule: Part time, April-Oct, 100% onsite
POSITION SUMMARY
The Museum Store Assistant will help with guest orientation to the museum as well as the daily operations of the store. This position reports to the Manager of Guest Services.
The Museum Store Assistant will primarily assist with the daily operations of the Las Golondrinas Museum store, orientation of museum guests to the grounds, historic buildings, and modern facilities of the museum. Opening and closing operations for the museum including opening of gates, raising and lowering of flags, occasional volunteer casita preparation and opening and closing buildings.
Weekend Operations/Maintenance Staff

Reports To: Assistant Museum Director/Director of Operations
Schedule: Full time seasonal position with possibility of becoming a year-round position
POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Weekend Operations/Maintenance Staff is to tear down after and setup for museum events and special events and perform daily operations responsibilities including but not limited to animal feeding, grounds maintenance and janitorial tasks. This person must be comfortable working alone, in a team and with volunteers. Occasionally they may be the sole maintenance staff member on site.
