The far side of the Rancho (past the creek) is closed due to an increase in bear activity. We will monitor and provide updates.

Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve Habitat Restoration, Treatment, and Maintenance Plan RFP

Proposal Due Date: December 31, 2025

El Rancho de Las Golondrinas is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the on-going habitat restoration, treatment, and maintenance efforts at our 35-acre Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve (LCWP). Our expectation is that contractors will create and present a dynamic restoration plan, treatment plan and long-term maintenance plan that can be executed in phases over the course of the next 3-5 years.
