Controller
Department: Finance
Reports To: Museum Director
Schedule: Full-time, year-round, 100% onsite
POSITION SUMMARY
The Controller position manages and coordinates the business operations with responsibility for multiple
functions. This role oversees activities such as budget preparation and control, risk management, payroll administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, audit and tax coordination, and cash management. Reports to the Museum Director and accountable to the Director for the performance of all responsibilities related to financial management. This position supervises the Finance Assistant.
Tour Guide
Department: Development
Reports To: Tour Manager
Schedule: Part time, April-Oct, 100% onsite
POSITION SUMMARY
Las Golondrinas Tour Guides lead groups of guests on educational tours through historic landscape, historic buildings, and points of interest on the Las Golondrinas property. Tour Guides also provide interpretive historical context and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The ideal candidate will have a love for storytelling and a knack for providing exceptional customer service.
